CORE Training Day 1

Overview: The 1st day of a 3-day training focusing on the major OSHA standards and hazards of industries. Each employer is responsible for assuring compliance with these standards.

Course Length: 8hrs | CFR References: 49 CFR 1910.120; 49 CFR 1910. Sub D; 49 CFR 1910.331-335; 49 CFR 1910.147; 49 CFR 1910.146; 49 CFR 1910 Sub D, 1926 Sub F, ANSI Z359

Course Objectives: Upon completion of this training, the student will be familiar with:

Definitions, General Industry standards, U.S. Coast Guard and EPA standards
General explanation of the purpose for the regulations
Basic hands-on and familiarity with these subjects

Written Exam: Written and hands-on competency will be evaluated at the end of each course. Incorrectly answered questions will be reviewed with student to ensure understanding before completion of course.

Retraining: Student is responsible for retraining every year.
